Grief and Loss Support Check-in
26 May ~ 2 June 2025
Hello, lovely grief and loss support community! Welcome to our weekly check-in.
How are we all doing? I hope that the week is being gentle to you and you find time to take care of yourselves.
Grief can come in all forms and it can come unexpectedly. Not sure anyone wakes up and is ready for someone to not be here anymore. When we get thrown into grief it can feel impossible to know how to navigate it. It can feel like the worst thing that has ever happened. When grief can look so vastly different between people there really is no guide that fits everyone. Today let's share some things that you have tried to cope with and navigate your grief, maybe it will help someone else. Because we are not going through grief alone.
Whatever you are feeling, it's welcomed and valid here. You are worthy and deserving of support. I am always here for you and you are not alone. Please reach out if you need anything at all, You are loved and cared about truly. I wish you all an amazing week ahead. <3

@CaringEzra hi Ezra 💖 gives you a giant tiny hug 💗 I've spent my week recovering from a operation🙁 my appendix burst. But I can't wait for the rain to stop so I can go sit outside with Joshua💖 The greatest coping skill I've found is having a place to go be alone, a relaxing place where I feel most connected with my son🙂 and I can talk to him and God💖 I hope your week is going well 💖
