Hi
I lost my mom February 6th to a heart attack and that one hurts the most she was the mother everyone wishes for. She raised me so well and she did all that she can with everything. She always made my birthday and holidays special. I miss her so much and her passing is breaking me more everyday.
I lost my friend to suicide a few years ago and although its been a few years, it still hurts.
My boyfriend attempted two nights ago and that broke me, it makes me feel like Im not enough but also I know thats not true as he has a very tough home life/life in general right now.
I lost my grandma to cancer a few years ago and she is the only person in my extended family I honestly care about. So losing her at a younger age set my mental health to a low.
It feels like I lose everyone I love and Ive been dealing with depression for a while, anxiety too, and all that fun stuff. I just cant move on this time. I feel stuck. I feel like the world is against me right now.
I’m so sorry for your loss. You have been through a lot with the loss of your family members. A couple of days ago I lost my mother and last year I lost my brother. It’s not easy but what gives me comfort is knowing that both of these people were good and I know that they are in a better place and they are no longer suffering. This gives me lots of peace and comfort. My brother left behind a young wife and three beautiful kids. He was suffering from a long term illness and by the family knowing this help with the next steps in preparing for his departure. My mother died from a rare form of cancer and she was diagnosed within two years ago. It was only known to a few folks at the time of diagnosis. We had our differences but she was my mother a mother who was loved, a mother who had the biggest heart. My mother’s birthday was yesterday. It was difficult for my daughters and grandchild. They left voicemails with loving wishes and my grandson sent her a beautiful birthday card by text. Listening to her voice on the voicemail just brought tears in my eyes. Knowing that I will never see her again. I know in my heart that my love for her will continue to live. My grandson just found out that his great grandmother will be cremated. It was difficult to explain that next week he will not see her in a casket. After we explained this he understood. My grandson has ADHD, high functioning autism , liver disease and a rare heart defect. He is my heart hero and he is such a brave caring pre teen.

im so sorry that you have experienced so much loss in your life. I’m glad that you shared what you are dealing with here so that others can respond. I know it may not feel like it, you are not alone in dealing with your grief. Losing a parent is one of the hardest losses you can experience. That pain may never go away, but it does get a little easier over time.
