I’m sad
I feel like my brain isn’t functioning properly since I’ve been grieving . Sometimes I go to say something like birthday decorations and I kept saying birthday directions . Idk what’s wrong with me . Am I losing my mind now . There was something else I said wrong as well I don’t remember what it is at the moment but it wasn’t the right words . What’s wrong with me 😞

It stinks I don’t even get a solid night sleep I wake up every hour or 2 and I have always slept through the night . And I have bad dreams all the time , not about what happened but just always had dreams
