It's been 4 months on 13th seen my dad died.
it's been 4 months seen my dad died on November 13 been hardest 4 month I can't been that many months last yesterday went my dad was live I feel he is coming one day I know still in denial of my grief still anger too all the time I wish my dad was still here and he was best dad ever had in my life. and I miss my dad every day and I love my dad so much I wish still here, and memories and photos and videos of my dad always have in my heart and he not in pain anymore but he in better place right now.

I feel your pain. I lost my mom on November 26, and some days I feel very much the same. I don't know your dad's story, but it sounds like he was a very loving man and a good father. Grief is such a journey, right? I wish you well as you mourn your dad's loss and hope you find moments of joy in the memories you have of him. Take care.
@MidwesternCalmSeeker my dad story is he married for 43 years to my mom he had daughter me is 40 years old and my brother is 38 he three grandchildren two granddaughter are 16 and 2 grandson who is 6 he friend my man for 13 years he retired as teacher he got second change raise children my niece and nephew he love to fish and love to garden and favorite was red rose and he love his family so much and my dad died on November 13 2023 from massive heart attack and he love is family so much and he memories and legacy live on through are family 4ever and visit his grave every Sunday and he will never being forgotten and we had amazed life with are dad and wish he still here but he is in better place not in pain anymore

Hi girlie, I totally understand you, I have never lost a dear person but I would feel the same way as you do right now. I know that it's hard for you and that you miss him, but how about you try to not think about it? I'm sure that you can do something that makes you happy. Instead of thinking negative, try to think positive. What would your father have liked you to do right now? What would he love of you? For example, you could maybe try to draw him or make a necklace or some sort of accessorie, which could represent him. You can always wear that accessorie and know that he will always be by your side, sweetie. I hope this helps you out, feel free to chat if you need help.
@Lyzzds thanks my dad would not want me be sad he want me be happy in my life and he want me live my life to fullest and he want me take of my family right now he would be sad that have diabetes just like him and he mad that have same thing as he does he never want his daughter have diabetes at my age and my dad proud who I am and I will get necklace with me and dad to remember my dad greatest dad ever know is legacy and his memories we live on through me rest of my life
My baby sister died in November 12 2022 of cancer and my best man friend a boyfriend died March 6. 2024 of a. Heart attack in his sleep I m so very sorry for your Loss as well as my own Losses of two Loved ones in my Life I'm very sad about it rest in peace my sister and boyfriend I Love so very much for ever you both be missed 😭💔
