It’s been three years since I lost my father. I wasn’t ready to say goodbye people keep telling me it gets better but at this moment, it’s not getting any better. I know they say it comes in waves, but it feels like it’s every day since it’s passing, just wish I had one more phone call or one more text from himat this point I don’t know what to do.

No one is ready when it happens. Grief is different and so many factors make a difference. take you time and grieve. I will say the looking back or what if I had more time or said things before kept me from healing.
It’s hard for me to show emotion. Idk how to express
