Loss of my father

I lost my father on June 2nd and this is the first time im really going to talk about it he was a great man he was my father , a teacher and wpuld give the shift off his back to anyone in need everyone knew him he was loved by all but then about a year ago he got some bad news from the doctors and find out he had small cell carcinoma he faught as hard as he coukd for as long as he could up until June 2nd he was 49 years old and im 27 years old he still comes to my mind multiple times a day and almost kills me when he does hes gone tooo soon how do people deal with stuff like this when he still had so much to teach me and to show me if anyone can give me some advise on how to coupe with this that would be very appreciated

@secretJet2181 I'm so sorry for your loss 😥 he died very young🙁 and you finally talking about it is a great first step💖 there is no right way to grieve it's different for each of us, but there are things we can do to help, like I write poems and attach them to balloons let them float up to heaven💖 also having a special place, a peaceful place and just sit and talk to him 💖 it wasn't long since you lost him, so it's all very fresh for you please take this time to be kind to yourself and let yourself feel💖 hugs you tightly 💖 I'm here for you, we all are 💖

I am so sorry that you lost your father. I also lost my father March 25 to suicide and I found him in my room . It’s very hard to deal with this I feel like my whole life changed and it’s never going to be the same again . Now I’m at the point I am mad and angry at everything and everyone around me. I know the circumstances were different but it just sucks and I’m sorry you have to go through this
