I'm so sorry.
I can relate to this. When my dad died, it put me in the darkest place I've ever been. It took me two years to feel like I was starting to come out from under the grief, but I did. You will always miss him, but you won't always feel as bad as you do now. 💜
@DarkSquirrel thanks it's been 6 months seen being gone still bad grief and i don't went feel good again and I miss my dad and I love dad always he in my heart 4ever
@countrygirl9988 Yes, we will always miss them.
I hope that you are able to find comfort in something. Maybe it's a pet, or a hobby, or a friendship. Or maybe something else.
We all have to deal with grief eventually, and it's never easy. We have to go through it, ride it out and we eventually come out on the other side of it.
Sending kind thoughts for healing your way. 💜
