Question about a type of grief

I've been experiencing grief that, when I looked it up, came up as 'ambiguous grief' and 'disenfranchised grief' and im wondering if anyone here has experienced that, because I'm really confused about what it is and what to do.

@anonyShade9339 Thank you for sharing this. It makes so much sense that you’re feeling confused—ambiguous and disenfranchised grief can be especially difficult because they’re often not fully recognized or understood by others, even though the pain is very real.

You’re not alone in this. Grief that doesn’t have a clear “ending” or doesn’t feel socially acknowledged can leave us feeling unseen, even within ourselves. Just naming what you’re going through is a powerful step. If and when you feel ready, this could be a space to explore what that grief feels like for you—there’s no right or wrong way to carry it.
