Slogging onward

Hello.

In November 2021, I lost my dad to suicide and the next night I lost my partner.

Most of 2022 I don't remember, but after getting my butt kicked 2 Halloweens in a row, it became apparent that I cannot navigate this grief journey myself. The tools I currently have just aren't working, and the techniques I used as a teen are definitely not working. 😅

Anyway, between the grief and trauma, I'm at a point where I feel mentally settled enough to start processing this crap in a healthy way and learn how to be a whole person again.
