The feeling that my life is worthless without him
He filled my days so much that without him I feel useless, without energy, without purpose. I don't have the energy to do anything, to work on projects, to go on with my life, to dedicate myself to hobbies. Life without a relationship is purposeless and i'm void without it. I feel so lonely and desperate I'do anything not to be lonely.

Life without a romantic relationship is not purposeless. You may have a wealth of other relationships like family and friends. But take the time to grieve first so you can regain that energy
