I am trying to hard. I don't know how to grieve so many things at once. My beloved dog, my safe person cousin, both gone in the span of a month. My first MIL who treated me like one of her own kids, is in a nursing home with dementia and my current MIL who also treats me like one of her own (my own mother abused me), was just diagnosed with a rare blood disease that they are treating like cancer, and that can easily turn into leukemia. I mean what the ***? Forgive my language but WHY?

I am sad and angry, I want to scream and cry and just run until my body gives out.

I am so sorry to hear that.

That's so much to comprehend.

I am sending my best wishes for both your mother in law's.

It's important to be gentle with yourself.

It's alot right now, heartbreakingly too much 💚

I am so heartbroken to hear what you have been struggling with. I can see that you are trying. It is hard and overwhelming to have to grieve the loss of family members - that dog was family. I can understand how it does not help to see your mother figures suffering with health problems. It makes sense that you are sad and angry. It's a lot so if you were to scream and cry, it would be valid. Your pain is valid. It takes a special strength to be able to live through the pain of loss. Thank you for sharing your pain with us and not keeping it inside.
