Trouble at work

At work, I have seen lots of let downs by my colleagues over the course of the last six months. For one starters, they threw me under the bus when a nasty former friend, who I got into a big misunderstanding with, started defaming me. When this happened, my colleagues were more concerned with keeping their own jobs than they were in being protective of me. Because of that, I have not been allowed to move forward in my career. Therefore, I am stuck working at the front desk. Meanwhile, my superiors have been bullying me and taking their problems out on me.

I have been feeling depression and anger towards them because I am getting fed up with their abuse

@Summershy

They also started putting the blame back on me and basically said that I could get myself into a lot of trouble.

Hi @Summershy

That's such a horrible situation to be in ❤️ I can certainly understand your frustration. Regarding your bosses bullying, there are rules and regulations about such issues, so be sure to checkout what these are.

I do hope it all works out for the best, keeping your job options open too!

Luckily, one of my supervisors is leaving and so I won't have to deal with her for much longer. However, I have recently realized that she is a covert narcissist. Most recently, the love bombing has stopped. Lately, she's started trying to gaslight me by acting as I did something to her. She's been acting very moody and unprofessional with me at meetings next to interrupting me and cutting me off. She also seems to act like my job is to be seen and not heard.

@Summershy

Well thank goodness she's leaving!

Try and put it behind you now and hopefully make plans to move forward with your career.

Very best wishes

From what I understand, she will be working in the office for two more weeks and then she will be moving. After that, she is going to work remotely for a while, while I think will help. However, she is in the process of looking for a new job within the city where she is moving to.

Thank you again, but I discussed with with someone and we both agreed that she is more overt than covert.
