  1. Grief comes when we lose someone or something we love. It’s heavy, messy, and unpredictable.

  1. Loss isn’t just death—it can be a dream, a relationship, or even a sense of safety.

  1. There’s no “right” way to grieve. Feel what you feel—anger, tears, silence—they’re all okay.

  1. Support matters. Talk, cry, or simply be with someone who listens.

  1. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting. It’s learning to carry love through the absence.

Grief is love that has no place to go—let it flow, and give yourself time.

@Lulucares

Thank you!

Grief is generally the hardest and the loneliest place to be and to have people like you who care, makes a difference 💕💜
