""grief is a house where the chairs have forgotten how to hold us the mirrors how to reflect us the walls how to contain us

grief is a house that disappears each time someone knocks at the door or rings the bell a house that blows into the air at the slightest gust that buries itself deep in the ground while everyone is sleeping

grief is a house where no one can protect you

where the younger sister will grow older than the older one no longer let you in or out

Immeasurable pain in chest, uncontrollable tears, anger (or even rage), regretting not spending enough time with them.

For me personally its difficult to process and understand my feelings but i tried my best to describe what i felt during grief.

Heyyy,

I hear you. Grief can be painful and we feel alot of emotions . Sometimes it can be really overwhelming. ❤️ we can feel sadness, anger, guilt etc 💜 and that's valid. Its okay to feel that way. Its okay to take our time. And it is often difficult to process and understand them ❤️ especially during confusing times. 💜 we just take it slowly and step by step together ❤️
