@CindySueCindysue is a wonderful moderator and friend. She makes group chats safe and welcoming for everyone. She is compassionate and kind and makes each member and listener feel worthy and accepted. She is a beautiful person that brings light and hope to the room. When cindysue is not around her presence is really missed. CindySue is a wonderful role model and deserves all of the badges as she is simply put-an incredible listener and mod.

@JennahereJenna is a delightful, charming, sweet and funny person who ensures that waiting room is kept light hearted and safe for everyone. She lights up the room and makes everyone feel welcomed. Jenna is also the best at keeping spammers and hackers at bay, she is amazing at defusing any challenging situation and keeps waiting room running smoothly. Most of all though, jenna is an amazing friend and is an exceptional listener! She is dedicated and professional, has a witty, beautiful personality and really makes a positive difference to the waiting room. She is one of the mods that really stands out for her incredible talent and she is so deeply missed when she is not around because waiting room is not the same without her. We love jenna so much and are blessed to have her as a mod. When it comes to awards, jenna deserves them all because she is simply the best!

@jessie93This moderator responded to my comments quickly. I noticed that she also responded to other important comments from others quickly. She did not ignore, but was pleasantly involved. I appreciated my chat time with her.

@Jakejake was compassionate not only to myself, but to others as well. I like when a moderator gets involved, and also speaks their own interests as well. Jake does jis job well.

I honestly think that she is the standard toward which group moderators should be held. She moderates conversation to keep it safe, but never silences a member or lets a member go unnoticed. Luciole, thank you so much for everything you do.

@mobbsyHe's always around and makes himself available when I need him! He's been such a good listener in 1-1s for me, and I've only jsut noticed how good he is in teen chat
