Did you know that the Mod Review Form linked in Chatroom Rule #25 can be used to leave positive feedback or compliments for Group Mods and Room Supporters?
Use the form to leave a note for a Group Mod or a Room Supporter you notice doing a great job in the Group Support Rooms.
Positive Skills to look out for:
Supportive: A Group Mod or Room Supporter who is consistently supportive and empathetic and makes an effort to respond to people reaching out
Compassionate: A kind and caring Group Mod or Room Supporter who lights up the room with their caring presence.
Welcoming: A Group Mod or Room Supporter who consistently makes an effort to make everyone feel welcome and included in the conversation.
Good de-escalation skills: A Group Mod or Room Supporter whose presence is all it takes to deescalate a situation as they are calm and know how to bring the room back together.

@Kate. this is a great post! I feel like mostly the form is used to give constructive feedback if not bad and more like a report form, its really good to see positive aspect being highlighted!

Kate, I like how they send us nice 1;1's and say nice things to us in the room which is encouraging also.
