Not really sure how to use this site but figured it can't hurt to have more resources to help battle my worry and anxiety. Having an empty nest is hard and leaves too much time to think about potential problems that may arise. I am very shy so may just lurk and see how this thing goes.

I'm completely new to this and hope that I can be a comfort to people. Unforuantely I've had to shut down my first two chats for being innapropriate! Trying not to be disheartened, I'm sure I'll get to do some good at some point!

i am um new,very challenged and I like it at 7cups where people don't judge me and blame me for the situation I'm in.The listeners and therapists listen to me and help.
