Room Supporters, Please fill this Form out

Hello everyone ! Recently a form was created by several of our Group Support leaders. It'd be very helpful if you could fill this out as soon as possible , we want to start getting into the habit of filling it out every week and I will be reminding the RS's weekly to fill it out at our meetings. We will be having our meetings as usual tomorrow, Teens will be at 4:00 pm est and Adults will be at 5:00 pm est.
