Scrolling In Chats

I've lost the ability to scroll in group chats. Is this related to the history discussion?
How much are we actually supposed to see?

It seems to be working fine for me, what room was it in?
A long time ago there was an incident where someone would like..."hack" it so that people couldn't scroll, I don't know if that's perhaps what happened.

@Phthalo It was doing it in every room I tried (went to multiple to test it) and others were experiencing it too. Looks better today.
