[TEENS] Invitation to Group Mod Meetings.

Hey group mods! Some of you will knowthis already. However, others may not. I would like to bring some attention to the weekly group moderator meetings held on Friday at 10:00pm BST (which is also: 9:00pm GMT, 5:00pm ET, 2:00pm PT).

The reason I feel the need to address this and encourage more group moderators to turn up to these meetings is due to the fact that in all the time these meetings have been running, only 5 or 6 people, on average,attend them. Considering that Teens have way more registered moderators than the current turnout figure, I will now take the liberty of tagging a bunch of you guys and use this opportunity to say: Come and check out the meeting(s).

Not gonna lie, I tried to put more names in but the Browse Listeners thing kept freezing.Anyway, the point is: We usually spend a lot of time in these meetings discussing how to improve moderator quality,how to deal with particular situations etc. as well as the functionality of the chatrooms, helping newer moderators, dealing with troublesome members/guests and also the future of moderators/chatrooms. It's a very useful meeting to attend and definitely worth your time. As with most community events, it lasts for 1 hour.

I know that there is a lot of inconvenience to this meeting: Time zones, personal life, clashing plans, or perhaps just can't be bothered. But@Heather is always kind enough to give us her time and efforts tohostthem and sometimes even another group mod leader shows up. I think that with the amount we've talked about, it's become awfully apparent; the hypocrisy of trying to solveclique issues (<-- One of the many rivetting topics that always appears in these meetings!)whilst herewe are as a small group of 5 or 6,making somewhat recognizable contributions to alterthe group chatrooms. And yet many people aren't even aware.We'd love for the rest of you guys to pitch in and contribute your thoughts too! If anyone readingthiscan make it onFriday 1st May (and following Fridays), it'll be awesome!

P.S. I did tag many names in here, but not all Teen moderators. Some people may have their badges removed, others who are regulars I felt needless to tag, some moderators I'm aware are on a break and others I could not find due to Browse Listeners freezing up on me (but hopefully they can see this post).
