Update: Teen Support Room Changes

I wanted to let you know that we'll be making changes to the teen rooms on Friday (May 6th).

One thing we've learned about teens is that they prefer to seek support as guests. Since we made the support rooms member only, we've actually prevented many teens from accessing support rooms.

For this reason, we are going to trial reverting the quieter teen rooms to include guests.

The teen rooms opening up to guests will be:
✦ Depression Support
✦ Anxiety Support
✦ LGBTQ+ Support

Additionally we will be badgelocking Teen Community Room.
To access this room, members will need to have the Group Chimer badge (5 group chats). The intention here is make the room easier to manage and keep out those who are persistently causing trouble.
