Update on Compassion Hearts in Group Support
Did you know? If somebodysays something kind and compassionate in one of the Group Support Chats, you can show them how much you appreciate it, by clicking on the little blue heart beside their comment. This will then turn red!

We have decided to lift the limit on these. From now on, your appreciation hearts will be constantly replenished. This meansyou can easily show your appreciation to othersfor theircompassionate comments in Group Support, without worrying about running out. 
Note: This is anonymous. The other person will see their heart change colour and know that somebody was thankful for their comment, but they will not know who gave it to them, nor will anyone else in the room.

Hi @liligrace! You can read more about Group chats here. Group chats is a place where we have both members and listeners who listen to you. You can join us anytime during the day. Right now we have 2 rooms, waiting room and compassion corner.
The waiting room is about some relaxation before you start your chat or after a chat. It is ther eto rejuvenate you .
the compassion corner is about finding support and sharing your story with us.
However we cannot discuss subjects or language that may be triggering or uncomfortable for others in the room.
