Apply to be Co-facilitator of Exploration Garden Sessions!

Hello everyone, Hope you are doing well and having an easy week. 

As you know, the 7 Cups Exploration Garden session is primarily focused on exploring feelings and experiences with the help of questions. It also fosters deeper connections among participants of the session. 

We are excited to share a couple of new updates with you in this post! 

1. Based on the community's interest & willingness to facilitate Exploration sessions, we are inviting you to co-facilitate exploration sessions. Please submit this form to express your interest! 
   
   
2. More exploration hours. As we were receiving feedback for more sessions, we are now opening the Exploration Garden room from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Eastern Time. As we progress and grow together, we will open it for other time blocks too. 
   
   
3. Alternate hours for topic & open exploration. As many probably already noticed this, I want to let you know that based on the feedback on the last updates, we made the change to allow both open exploration and topic-focused exploration. It is happening on an alternate hours basis. For example: if 10.00 a.m. is an Open hour, then 11.00 a.m. will be a topic-based hour to explore our experiences, emotions, or anything in between. 

Note: 

• Open hour means during this hour, an explorer can explore their thoughts on any topic of their choice. A topic-focused hour means the explorer will be exploring their specific experiences or thoughts related to a specific topic. The facilitator will set the topic for the topic-focused exploration hour. 

We will continue to iterate and strengthen the Exploration Garden as we learn and progress together. Thank you all for your continued support and compassion for comfortable exploration.
