Rotational Group Support Rooms Survey

Please take a minute to take a short survey on rotational rooms.
We started rotational rooms idea on December 09, 2019 after taking your inputs on how to make more group support rooms available to the community. We started rotational based selected support rooms to ensure you get proper support and help.
It is 5+ months now and the engagement of these rooms is quite low i.e. the rooms are completely inactive or quite slow. Also, for some rooms, it was reported that chats are unsupportive. It means the purpose of the rooms is not achieved, so we have to rethink our consideration to keep these rooms open/ close.
So, I request you to share your inputs and let's reconsider and rethink how we want to ensure support in the group support rooms. Because our goal is to provide safe, moderated, compassionate and supportive group support to everyone who joins us in the rooms.

I don't know how to access these rotational rooms and use them. Could you please provide some instruction?

@WharfRat Hi, I can fill you okay... The rooms pop up on certain days like Monday is the Anxiety Chatroom and then Tuesday the Depression chatroom , Wednesday is 35+ etc... so each week day and on Saturday an extra room will show up along with the other member chatrooms that you see listed. Once you see them you just join like you do the others.
Pop Up Rooms that are not open all the time like the other group chatrooms those stay open 24/7 , 7 days a week. Now Pop Up rooms can be Opened up for sessions or Open chats so you may see them at different times , we have many rooms that are not seen and opened on occasion . The Rotation was set up to see how it would work by opening rooms back up that use to be open 24/7 like the ones that are open now..
