Hi there @gentleSkies7561 are you using the app or the web browser?

I'm not so sure about the app, but on the browser, to leave review for a listener you've talked to, you can open their chat and click on the three dots on the top right corner of the screen, it'll open a drop down menu and you can select the leave feedback option.
