Become A Discussion Leader Buddy!
Hello hello hello lovely teen discussion leaders! I hope you are all doing well! Thank you for all your hard work and patience, we appreciate you. We have a new opportunity for you!
While becoming a discussion leader can feel super exciting, it can also be scary, and a bit overwhelming at first. That is why we thought it would be great to have discussion leader buddies! A discussion leader buddy is someone new discussion leaders can turn to throughout their trial to ask questions and get discussion tips from. A discussion leader buddy might even be able to show up to the new discussion leaders discussions (this is not required) and of course, end up making a new friend!
Requirements to be a discussion leader buddy:
-Have been badged as a discussion host
-Has been leading discussions for at least 4 weeks.
-Be willing to answer a variety of questions about discussions as well as being able to offer some tips.
-Be able to respond to the new discussion leader's messages within 48 hours.
If you meet all the requirements and would like to become a discussion leader buddy please message @sophiasanae, and then when we onboard new discussion leaders, we will pair them with you, and message you to let you know who you will be buddying!

Yes please but I would only be able to be paired with a new listener discussion leader due to only being a member so having restrictions as to who I can send private messages to.

Hello!! Thisprogram of Discussion Buddy interests me a lot and it seems to be much interesting and supporting for the new discuss leaders who needs support in any aspect, good way to help them showing we are there for them but in a different way. Awesome Idea
