Introduction: Sharing Circle Welcoming Team

Hello everyone,

We are excited to introduce, “Sharing Circle Welcoming Team”.

The process involves welcoming newbie members and first time members to Sharing Circle. As a welcomer, one will be sharing how they can participate to share their thoughts uninterruptedly in the sharing circle session. It also involves appreciating the members for their efforts, support, and share.

Who can be part of this team?

Any listener can be part of the Welcoming Team. Except for all listeners who are in a leadership role already.

Reward & Recognition

To acknowledge and appreciate all the contributions, one will be awarded 10 Cheers for every single welcome and appreciation sent to the member. All cheers will be awarded on monthly basis.

This is the start and we will keep iterating and improve the process to expand it to support and welcome community members. The goal of starting this team is to ensure members have all the right info and support. So they can join and participate to share their thoughts and get all the support. They feel comforted and validated and know we all are with them to listen and support.
