Dear Obs:

Thank you for acknowledging the issues with the chat managing software !

It is very reassuring to receive such a communication from our "top management".

I know you are actively involved in promoting the search for solutions, which are ultimately responsibility of the software programming and maintenance team.

All complex systems are prone to failures and errors (it even happened many times to high-tech giants like Boeing, Facebook or NASA!).

Facing these problems, transparency is by far the best policy. It might feel embarrassing to recognize such things, and more comfortable not to do so.

But it makes a world of a difference for all members of this community, to know that our leaders have also identified the same problems we see, and are working towards a solution.

I thank you and congratulate you on that.

All the best !

Marcelo.

Agreed! It's time saving on both ends too. Users aren't filling bug reports and admin/dev isn't sorting through multiple reports.

It also keeps rooms more on topic as there are less questions about the problem. Way more efficient to inform many at once rather than trickles of people asking about it over time.
