There are loads of reasons but the most important is to maintain a safe, supportive space for members on 7cups.

Hello everyone! My name is wonderfulRainbow817 but you can call me Rainbow or Bow for short. I am currently about to hit 5 months here at 7 Cups! I wanted to become a leader for different reasons. I have always been a shy person but through my time here on 7 Cups I've slowly been able to break out of that comfort zone. It has allowed me to work on my communication skills and that is so important as I am studying in the business field right now for my major. A fun fact about me...hmmm that is hard. I would have to say that it is the fact that my body doesn't regulate temperature. This is great sometimes as I can be outside in the cold with friends as long as I want or in the heat as the extremes aren't too much for me since I don't feel it. One of my favorite quotes is "No one is you and that is your superpower" (Anonymous).

I am so grateful for this opportunity and I can't wait to work with everyone!

I really love the community here, everyone I've met is just so kind and sweet. So, I am really excited to get more involved within the group chatrooms!

✨Hi Everyone, I'm MindfulListener82 and I joined 7 Cups in August 2021 and I’m SO EXCITED to be a part of this Group Support Team!✨

✨I became a leader in the Group Support Chatrooms because I love support in a group setting and I am already in the group chatrooms all the time, so I wanted to be able to contribute and help while I’m there. I love how the chatrooms here are a safe space and I’d like to do my part to help keep them that way. Also, observing the other room supporters and mods and how they respectfully and compassionately lead rooms inspired me to want to follow in their footsteps. ✨

✨One fun fact about myself is that I volunteer at my daughters’ elementary school, both teaching and creating art with students, and coaching an after school program there that teaches girls the important connection of social-emotional health and physical health. ✨
