What skill do you think everyone should have? And Why ?
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou
helloo sun, another amazing icebreaker post of yours i see hehe
hm, one skill i would like everyone to have is to listen. may be a bit cliché coming from a listener (and my username evil laugh), but actually listening to someone and taking the time to support and care for them can go an incredibly long way!
how about you, and everyone else? < 3
@imlistening01
I agree with you. Listening is great skill. Talking, speaking, giving suggestions and advices is really easy task. For listening someone, we need to be patient and calm. It's really one of the difficult task if we would see in real life. And love your name lol ❤😃

I would say Humanity. I don't know if it's skill or not lol. But so many people have lost it. So I would say that humanity is really important in this world and everyone should show kindness and love towards each other ❤
Hey @LovetoGod , I very much agree with you, before becoming anything else we should become a good *human* and practice humanity with humankind ! Being kind and loving are such beautiful skills to have too ! Thankyou for sharing, Love ❤
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou
Yeah being a good person should be our first priority ❤
I think one skill everyone should have is empathy! Being able to empathize releases a lot of frustration and builds understanding and trust in relationships.
I think a skill every one should have is the ability to ask for and receive help. I know this a lot. But if everyone was taught that it is okay to ask for what we need, and if everyone was taught that giving freely is okay the world would be a better place where mental health is concerned.
I feel that often times we are taught that asking for help makes us weak. Saying that you don’t understand, saying that you made a mistake, or even saying you don’t know is shamed by some. Often times this causes people to bottle up their needs. People feel like they are in it alone because no one understands or that they are not worthy.
Sometimes you have people that have, but don’t give because they feel like no one would do the same for them. Some people may also feel that giving makes them weak or that if they struggled to get where they are, other people should too.
I think that acting this way closes bridges of connection with knowledge and resources that hurt us mentally and physically.
Just imagine if we could ask and give freely without worrying about shame, rage, guilt, or negativity. What kind of world would we live in if everyone was helpful to each other?
I think one skill that we all should try to instill in ourselves is to be honest unconditionally. The power of honesty is something beyond our little efforts to understand it. Being honest is the key while expressing emotions towards other people or any kind of act or even interacting with our ownselves, it's the most influential and inspiring trait or skill a person can have to live a meaningful life.
Single truth is more powerful than millions of lies.
Hey @SidbKind1 , thankyou for sharing! Unconditional honesty is definitely one super important and inspiring skill to have !
I feel when everyone is a little more honest with themselves and with others around, it could eliminate all kinds of misunderstandings and assumptions .
This one statement really summed it all , " Single truth is more powerful than millions of lies. " , much agreed ! ❤

Boundaries! Because if you don't learn them you will burn out easily, and may experience compassion fatigue, and damage your own mental health. It can also sometimes put you in dangerous situations if you don't have them.
@SunisshiningandsoareyouCommunication skills are vital in life. A basic understanding of those would be my answer.
