The second week
So the second week is way easier, but it's also easy to get lazy I've noticed. I've had my kids hold me accountable so my daughter will hear my phone go off and we HAVE to do the exercises. She keeps me on my toes.
I can feel it's easier to move and the more I move the easier the movements get.one thing that is throwing me off is how tired I become.
i need to NAP and sleep I don't know if it's because I've been getting up very early but by mid afternoon I'm so tired I want to sleep the day away. The leg crunches are easier and I can feel the burn when I do my core and abs.
what are some ways to help with the tiredness? I'm already taking a multivitamin. I wonder if B12 will help.

CAUSES OF DROWSINESS MID-DAY:
Here are some major causes that affect some people
(actually there are many others too).
1) Body clock and Homeostatic process, 2) Eating too much of wrong foods in morning, 3) Sleep issues.
Body clock... Below shows idealized diagram of change in body cortisol (which gets you going) and melatonin (which controls sleepiness)

Also the combined circadian rhythm and homeostatic process that promotes wakefulness dip, and sleep drive builds up enough so that pressure to sleep dominates as shown here byRED LINE SLEEP URGE INCREASE in afternoon (idealized, not actual, not all people experience it as shown):

Also some people get sleepy after eating because their blood sugar goes up in a spike if they eat too much. Then the blood sugar level drops quickly and they get tired because of low blood sugar as idealized here:

If a person is not getting regular good sleep, then it can catch up with them during the day.
