Hydration Habits

I bought a really cute bottle and I carry that with me everywhere! I love ice water so I actually enjoy drinking it :) I barely used to drink water but now, 3L is always achieved. 

Its in my routine. I will take 10 large drinks every morning when Im getting ready for the morning. I enjoy following a set routine everyday

I have a huge water bottle that I got from Weight Watchers. I always have water in it and I take it everywhere I go.
