@KatieTheBigRockOne
1. chamomile tea
2. Hot, a little bit of lemon, and a small packet of sugar. This particular tea helps me sleep.
3. Not everyone where I live seems to drink it as much as I like to. I live in America if that means anything.
4. I also like Mountain dew, fruit punch, smoothies, and Sparkling Apple Cider.
@KatieTheBigRockOne Thank you for this post and for tagging me!
1.) What's your favourite tea?
Black and iced tea!
2.)how do you make your tea, introduce us to what tea is for you (and perhaps how many sugars you have 😅)
If it's hot, I like adding honey and lemon. If it's iced, I add lots of sugar!
3.)what is tea like in your culture?
We call it cha, it's with milk
4.)if you don't like tea (or if you do!) what other beverages do you like?
Tea isn't my first choice but it's acceptable! My first choice is coffee ☕️
1.) What's your favourite tea?
Ooh, that's a hard one. It really depends on how much caffeine I've had in general, but some of my favorite teas are white or herbal teas. I love the fragrant ones, and I loooove chai. I just love how spicy it can be it's like a kick in the pants when you need that little extra umph.
2.)how do you make your tea, introduce us to what tea is for you (and perhaps how many sugars you have 😅)
Sue me tea purists, I run the water through my keurig machine just with no k-cup to get it to the right temp and brew it that way. I usually drink it just as is black, but I'll occassionally add the tiniest bit of honey to it if it needs that extra hit of sweetness. Honey is the superior sweetener, and I will fight people on this 😂😅
3.)what is tea like in your culture?
I'm America, so I think most people like coffee. I really couldn't tell you if I'm being honest.
4.)if you don't like tea (or if you do!) what other beverages do you like?
I like both coffee and tea equally. Coffee in the mornings, tea in the afternoons/evenings. Both black. I will occassionally indulge in a chai latte or a seasonal drink like a pumpkin spice latte or a peppermint mocha when they're around, but those are few and far between. Most places make them way too sweet for my tastes.
I like coffee for its reliability. You always know what you're getting with a nice cup of black coffee. But I love tea for its versatility and variety. Tea is easy to mess up though, I've learned, which is another point for coffee. Coffee is incredibly difficult to mess up in my experience.
@ambitiousCircle1475 Thankyou so much for this veey detailed and lengthy response it's always great to see!
I can agree fragrant and flavourful tea's are the best! Though that extra kick of caffeine is really the icing on the cake when looking for a good brew 🤞
Honey is definitely one of the better sweeteners i enjoy it myself it's quite fun reading through this post and seeing your fondness to black tea and coffee when I'm such a fan of sweetness, I've also noticed it's true those from America do tend to enjoy coffee far more.
There's a lot of contrast in tea and coffee especially preparation if i liked bitterness more I'd definitely stick with coffee but I'm a three cups of tea kind of person 😅 it was lovely hearing off you and your tastes!
