i rated a listener low because he/she mixed up the chats and mistyped in my box. i did not feel that i could be helped. the site automatically offered to connect me with a verified listener and i clicked okay. but afterwards, i was not connected with anybody so i guess my session is over lol.

Sorry to hear that happened to you....The goal for 7cups is to make each and every person who visits the site feel welcomed, listened to, and heard.
Please know that there are plenty of listeners here who can help offer you support and a listening ear. I hope that your concern didn't discourage you from reaching out to another listener to find that support that you need. Good luck to you!
