Soil Yourself
When the doldrums hit it becomes all-encompassing.
The dishes and laundry seem piled high as Everest.
It becomes exhausting even to think or breathe.
At this time the best thing to do is to soil yourself.
Soil aligns all your cells allowing chaos to settle.
This allows thinking to become serene clouds.
Instead of identifying with thoughts, one integrates.
Even having a couple houseplants really helps.
A lot if communities also have communal gardens.
Consider volunteering there, or starting one.
If there is unused land nearby, ask if it's available.
Or if you have some yard, go get dirty for a bit.
Growing one's own food has vast health benefits.
It increases one's self confidence and wellbeing.
This is turn feeds self esteem, and vis versa.
After a while one's whole physiology changes.
So find a straw and hat and go soil yourself!
Gardening is fabulous getting outside in nature or creating a small herb garden inside🍃. Here there are many community gardens which are great to see including ones that are raised beds for those who have trouble kneeling … absolutely fabulous.
