@Krustythekrab

It sounds you have made a lot of effort for your wellbeing this year. That’s amazing that you’ve worked towards improving yourself. Any other areas you feel could use some improvement?💜

@Krustythekrab

Socialize, exercise, and eat right! Creating community support around healthy habits is a great way to keep improving.

You can combine some of these by maybe joining an exercise class, hiking group or walking club, then you can grab a healthy meal with your new pals before/after :)

@Krustythekrab Your post is inspiring! I started the year with lots of great habits, but didn't finish quite as healthy because I have allowed myself to slack off on discipline due to needing to be there for others a lot and not always having healthy options and exercise easily in front of me. But, just as you said in your post about "day by day", I need to get back into a concentrated effort to put my health (all aspects) at the forefront. I LOVE the new year each year as I start with great inspiration to accomplish goals. I may be done in by mid-February on some of them, but some will last all year. Grateful for your post reminding me! Best wishes to you in this year and the next!

@Krustythekrab self improvement takes time

So, give yourself time, patience, break, repetitions, etc. Whatever it takes. 😊
All the best 🧡

Set realistic goals and accomplish them. Partake in your hobbies and find new ones. Strive for your dreams. Build up a strong support system. Get involved in your communities and volunteer.
