Holiday Challenges ~ PLEASE READ
With the Holidays coming up, it is easy to get complacent with yourself, especially when your schedules are changing and you dont have the usual structure. The Healthy Living Team decided to announce a challenge that might help you keep up your healthy habits even during the holidays so you start the new year out kicking! We are excited to put out this challenge, the very first challenge for the holidays hosted by us! You can do as much or as little as you possibly can. This challenge is to help you stay on track and to help you stay motivated to stay healthy. The challenge starts on Monday November 28th and runs until December 24th (Christmas Eve, so you can enjoy yourself on Christmas ;) )

We are hopeful that this challenge can help you all stay motivated with your goals and also inspire conversation between your buddy or buddies.
