Bad sleep
I've been struggling with sleep for a very long time. I wake up several times at night and every morning I feel EXTREMELY tired!!! It feels like I wasn't sleeping at all!!! I'm just so tired all the time because of this. I'm so done. It feels like i will never know how it feels to wake up and actually feel full of energy.

I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with sleep. Sleep disturbances can have a significant impact on our daily functioning and overall well-being. Have you considered seeking help from a healthcare professional or a sleep specialist? They may be able to conduct a thorough evaluation and determine the underlying cause of your sleep problems. In some cases, lifestyle modifications, such as creating a relaxing bedtime routine, avoiding caffeine or alcohol, and establishing a regular sleep schedule, may help improve sleep quality. Additionally, there are various treatment options available, including cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia and medication, that can be tailored to your specific needs. Don't give up hope - with the right support and resources, you can improve your sleep and start waking up feeling more rested and energized.

Ways to help one have a very good excellent sleep:
- Make sure room is completely dark. I'm talking black hole here
- If noise is an issue invest in good earplugs. Layer with noise cancelling headphones and a good organic pink or brown noise to do the most
- Move if you have too and it's possible; you could be in a toxic environment
- Keeps things neat and tidy because a cluttered space = a cluttered mind and one will not relax or rest well
- Check your layout - is your bed facing a door or under a window?
- Check your diet - are you hoovering caffiene and alcohol and eating nothing but processed, sugary foods?
- Check your daily routine - how often do you allow yourself to rest and play, or simply enjoy the moment? Do you have a good morning and evening routine? Do you take time to eat, exercise, socialize, smash goals and more?
- Check your people - are you surrounded by complainers and drainers? Whiners and takers? Healthy boundaries are a must!
- Check yourself- what are you thinking throughout the day? Is it Positive? Or is it Negative? How honest are you with yourself? Are you willing to face the consequences of what your thinking will bring? Journal it out and talk to someone you trust or admire if it's too much to process
