In my case, it depends on the time I go to sleep because for sure I have to be up at 6:30 am during the week. So around 7 hours.

Good question! If I am working nights 0 (but will try to get 1 or 2 hours during the day). If I have just come off nights I have been known to sleep 10 hours, have a meal, then another 10 hours! If I am on a more normal sleep cycle I aim for 5-8 hours, probably averaging 6 hours.
