Insomnia: 10 Ways to Get Back to Sleep
Dear Readers,
If you're like me, then you are no stranger to insomnia. Often times I wondered if insomnia was a result of my mental health, or if insomnia was responsible for emotional instability. Certainly no one will argue that sleeplessness exacerbates our already challenging symptoms. But what if I told you there were small changes that you could make in your life that would not only improve your ability to sleep, but also improve the overall quality of your everyday life?
Check out these 10 ways to get back to sleep from WebMD.
Which one did you find most useful? Are there strategies you use that are not on this list?
♡
One of mine that is not on this list is turning off all devices two hours before bed. Now, let's be honest- this doesn't always happen, but it's very useful to put down your phone and read an actual book. 📚
Thanks for sharing!

Good one putting your phone down or turning device off. I definitely need to get into that. But i typically watch something or get off 7cups. lol Thanx for the reminder... Coffee at 9 pm doesn't help either. uh!

Screen time is a real battle for our generation! I wonder what the long term effects will be.

I haven't been sleeping well lately, so I'm happy to have found this thread. One of the things that helps me get to sleep, or back to sleep, is to have a little "sleep routine". For me, it's a simple meditation/prayer, but the habit of doing it every night before bed makes it almost like a snooze button. :-)
