More weird dreams!

Okay, I noticed that I have a lot of dreams where I'm fighting someone. I have several examples. There was one where I was struggling with this red head dude who was trying to fight me. One where me and this other girl were trying to fight this dude (but failed. Miserably). Another where a person picked me up and threw me and later I went to throw a snowball in his face for revenge. A few days ago I had a dream where this dude tried to grab me but I flipped him over (admittedly, it was kinda weak.) and I kicked him. Then punched. But honestly, that dream was kinda awesome. But anyway, I have a lot of fighting dreams. I don't know why. I mean, obviously, it has to do with anger, but honestly, what do I have to be angry about? I like to think that I have a caring, supportive family. I mean yeah, things may have happened it the past that may have pissed me off, but I'm over it. At least I think I am. I wonder what the problem is.

@generousSpruce3281 Oh and other thing! I also have dreams where I'm angrily chasing someone. Like when I chased three boys outta my house. I also had a dream where I was chasing someone (or something, I don't actually remember seeing it) with a big stick as if I was about to swing it at someone. Yeah, I got issues. But I'm so calm in real life! And that's all that matters right? Haha... But I also have dreams where I'm the one being attacked. Those dreams suck.

I've come to believe that dreams are just your unconscious's way of telling you that you need to deal with something. What that is, of course, only you can say. But if I were having those sorts of dreams, I would look at what parts of myself were at war with one another. Are my choices and actions in conflict with my true self?

For instance, I might be a generally good person but money problems have compelled me to embezzlement from my workplace. My logical side would justify it but my true self would be take issue and I'd have dreams of great conflict.

Outlandish example. I promise I'm not embezzling :D. But maybe that's a possibility worth exploring.

@Mirea Thanks! That makes sense, considering I'm always fighting with myself on a daily basis. But what about the chasing dreams, what do you think they could mean?

Hmmm...Could be that you're trying to get rid of those things that are causing you to feel conflicted. Or maybe they're parts of you that you don't like.

In the one with the three boys, what do you think of when you think of a boy or a group of boys? Could they represent a sense of mischief or trouble-making? Might the represent a memory or experience you want to banish?

If you consider it from all angles, including the less obvious ones, you may have a moment where you say "yes". That's probably the message that you need to explore.

@Mirea Ok, this is gonna sound so embarrassing but one of them was actually cute... But I chased him out anyway. I don't have an actual problem with boys in real life. So I dunno.

@generousSpruce3281

Nothing at all wrong with cute boys. :)

Just try not to think of them as literal boys. They, or anything else that appears, usually symbolizes something else in your life. For instance, a house isn't a building. It usually stands in for the self. Any kind of descent - stairs, digging, falling - often means going into your own mind. Ascending (flying, climbing) can mean you're moving or want to move into higher planes of thinking.

@Mirea Makes sense. I had a dream a few days ago that didn't involve violence. I was in a castle, but the interior looked more modern. I was in the bathroom with nothing but an ugly brown shirt. No underwear. I (for whatever stupid reason) decide to leave the bathroom. I found myself in a crowd of people. Looked like some sort of formal event was going on. Everyone was dressed up. But I was half naked. EVERYONE was staring at me. Disgustedly. I was trying to cover myself up, but I was failing. I was SO ashamed. I ran everywhere looking for a way out. But I woke up before I could. I've had naked dreams before. But I was never in a huge crowd like that
