Trouble sleeping

Okay so I've had trouble sleeping lately, despite my regular dose of 300 mg of melantonin and the occasional 600 mg. I've been taking it for years, I'm worried my body just got immune to that. I'm considering taking valerian root. I basically am too stressed and frustrated to sleep and I need a deep sleep of happy dreams. Sometimes I have such horrifying dreams I wake up in the middle of the night. I end up oversleeping in the morning and not getting much done. Help!!!!

I've talked to people about melatonin before. People I know have taken it and gotten used to it. They increase their dose and told me it's very difficult to overdose on. So they take more when needed.

Aside from that, my advice is to have a pitch black room, and don't look at any screens/light for at least an hour before bed. Don't eat at least 3 hours before going to bed. And I use a fan, or some kind of white noise to help me get to sleep.

Other things like warm tea, or a bath might help you feel more relaxed as well.

I hope that helps! Good luck with sleeping!

I would recommend getting a moderate to vigorous workout in the evening. It will get you a little tired so that you are more ready to go to sleep at night. I hope this helps!

So a lonely old woman goes to a witch to ask for a child.

So the witch gives her a seed to plant and love.

The plant grows into a flower and when the old woman kisses the blossom, it opens and reveals a little girl the size of a thumb.

Thumbelina is born as a 16 year old girl.

And the very first thing she wants to do is fall in love and leave home.

That old lady needs her money back.

im stressed and cannot sleep. Watching random things on Netflix

That was entertaining lol. You should turn off the screen, have some water or hot tea, turn of all lights in your room, and snuggle into bed :)

I have trouble falling asleep, so I usually take the hour or so before bed and dim the lights in my room, drink some chamomile tea, and try to do some deep breathing. I also installed F.lux on my laptop and Twilight on my phone, which seems to help. I think ASMR

I also used to get no sleep, waking up every 2 hour at the night. What worked for me was meditation and a youtube channel called "the honest guys." Try listening to them in bed, makes me sleep like a baby!

Hi I have been getting harassed online for two years. A person unknown an anonymous to me spread my online diary and has followed me online on various apps and websites over two years resulting in constant harassment and bullying online. I feel this person is invading my privacy and trying to take control of my life. Some days I don't sleep well because I am up constantly worrying and afraid of what could happen tomorrow, and if no one believes me I thought I'd just let it out anyway.
