my brain is so intense while sleeping
I used to have sleeping problem, then I learnt so much about sleep everyday through Google. I feel like like I can be a sleep doctor now :). but I still have problem sleeping without dreaming a lot. i learnt that when we sleep we go to subconscious state. When I am in sleep, my brain wave is so intense that I will wake up during the nite or in the morning with tension brain. After a while then I am ok, but I feel that my brain is so intense when I am asleep even when taking a nap. Anyone can tell me what to do? I do meditation every night before sleep which help me more relax now, but the brain tension is still there, so desperate, I know if I go see therapyst or sleep doctor they will ask me to see psychologyst or meditation. Please help, thank you.....

Hi you are already doing meditation which is a help, are doing physical exercise during the day? that may also help ..But I do not understand why you do not want to seek also for professional help...Maybe it could help you and it may be easier for you to overcome the problem...
thank you very much for your respond. i did go to different kind of doctors, therapysts, they prescribed me medicine (which was all too much for me). i just found out that it is all about my subconsious mind that i have to "tame". just started last night with affirmation for my subconscious mind. i do exercise which also help me a lot with my fatique before. i am just afraid about my brain which is so intense everytime i am awake during the night, it is like headache but not pain just so intense like buzzing zzzzzzzz..................

Hi, I also have lots of problems with my sleep, but well, some months ago I joined the buddhist community in my city, and one of the most important things that they teach you is how to properly meditate, since then I feel way better and I truly understood the point of doing it. I don't know if all the buddhist communities work the same way, but at least the one here is not really a religious matter, but a self care, I've met catholics that go ther just to take care of theirselves without embracing the belief. I hope this help you :)
ps I would also recomend yoga, I sleep like a baby when I do it before going to bed
