1. My number 1 priority this week is... recognizing & breaking down toxic behaviors. (guilt tripping, invalidating, over reacting & expecting too much out of others/myself)
2. I want to do less... ruminating/dwelling on the past & future.
3. I want to do more... self-reflection.
4. This week, I want to feel... capable.
5. To feel this way, I will... recognize where my faults lie & work to change them, recognize when I fall into old patterns/habits & resist them.
6. If I get stuck, I'll remember... the outcome this will have on the well-being of both me and my friends.
@stjarne
Thank you so much for sharing with us stjarne! I understand how hard it is to recognise toxic behaviours and really hope removing them from your life will help you in so many ways! Please don't let anyone bring you down, you are capable of so much, stay strong and never forget how amazing you truly are!
I wish you all the best starting this new week and will be cheering you on all the way! You have got this! 💛💛

I'm really glad you found this week's check in helpful! I'm not very familiar with gazebo quotes, although if you ever felt comfortable sharing some with us, I would love to read them! 😊
Sounds like you have some very good targets for this week, less procrastination is something most could definitely work on. It is always so easy to fall into the trap, and then extra difficult to escape it, although noticing that this is an area of improvement shows you are already halfway there!
I really enjoyed your last answer, the message it reads is so powerful!
"Tomorrow's another day, I'm only human and I only have so many spoons, being kind to yourself is more productive then being mad at myself" 💛💛

My number 1 priority this week is to continue with BED recovery and reduce binge episodes. I want to stay up late less so I can wake up earlier more often. I want to feel grateful this week, so I'm keeping up with my habit of writing in my gratitude journal. If I get stuck, I'll remember my therapist telling me recovery is not linear, that I can have setbacks and relapses and I'm still healing. Also, the Star Trek quote, "It's possible to make no mistakes and still lose. That's not a failure, that's life." (Or something like that lol) It helps me remember that I don't have to be a perfectionist to make achievements.
@JarofSeeds627
Thank you for sharing with us! I totally agree with your therapist. You recovery is like a journey, there will be humps in the road, although if you keep moving forward you will reach your destination.
I really hope you are able to stuck to your priorities and that writing your gratitude journal continues to help you!
You are doing amazing! We are here cheering you on every day! Stay strong and continue doing great things! 💛💛
@JarofSeeds627 Also, the Star Trek quote, "It's possible to make no mistakes and still lose. Is that Data playing strategem?
