Chocolate Hazelnut Mug Cakes
Ingredients
for 2 servings
1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread, divided
2 large eggs
¼ cup all-purpose flour
Preparation
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together ¾ cup (225 g) chocolate hazelnut spread and the eggs.
Fold in the flour.
Evenly distribute into two mugs.
Microwave each mug for 2 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes.
Frost with remaining chocolate hazelnut spread and serve warm.

@Jenna I would add baking powder to that mix and a pinch of salt. I bet you could make some great pancakes with it as well if you add a little milk and cream of tartare (cream of tartare makes it really airy, but I'd be leary of microwaving it). I want to try this with chocolate sunbutter and do a mini steamed cake.

You don't want to add baking powder because it will cause the mug cake to rise too much and overflow leaving a huge mess in your microwave. It works out just fine without the baking powder.
