We all have our favorite recipes that we enjoy whether it be someone we know who makes it or ourselves! Here is a great space to share and learn different recipes with each other. All recipes are welcomed whether they be healthy, sweet, vegan, vegetarian, or meat!

My current favorite recipe is:

Chicken Enchiladas

4 chicken breasts

1 onion

1 green pepper

2 small cans or 2 packages of enchilada sauce

1 can of black olives

1 pack of shredded cheese (any mixture, but I prefer taco or Mexican blend)

1 pack of tortilla shells

Choice of top sauce (I like to go with a creamy chipotle sauce)

Chop chicken into chunks. They can be any size you prefer.

Chop onion and green pepper.

Take a frying pan add 2 tablespoons of oil so your chicken doesn't stick.

Add chicken, onion, and green pepper into the pan and cook until the chicken is almost well done.

Add 1 can of enchilada sauce and continue to cook the chicken until completely finished.

Preheat your oven to 375F (190C)

Fill your tortilla shells with the chicken, onions/peppers, sauce into the tortilla and top with cheese.

Roll your tortillas together into a baking pan and top them off with the 2nd small can of enchilada sauce, and add more cheese on top and the olives.

Bake your enchilada for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted on top.

Add creamy chipotle sauce to top (optional)

Enjoy!

@Jenna

Yummmm

Sharing recipes is a great idea, here is mine....

Spicy French Fries

Required amount of raw fries

Take in a big bowl and sprinkle Paprika, garlic salt, oregano and very

finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Add 2 tbsps of cornflour and 1 tbsp of cornmeal.

Toss them up by flipping the bowl and not by hand. Deep fry in wok or deep fryer in not too hot oil.

For super crispy fries fry them twice.

Serve hot with garlic mayo, salsa and tartar sauce

Happy snacking !!!
