@zealousGrace5023 Pancit is a Filipino traditional noodle dish. Bihon is very thin noodles while canton is a bit thick and starchy. It's really delicious when cooked together!

I make great lasagna , it’s vegetarian but in use soy meat so it still has a great consistency
@Margiewm oh i make veggie lasagna too! Also with soy granules! I'm not a fan of calling it meat (personally) cause i dont really eat it as a substitute i really just like it
i add minced veggies in mine too and roasted mushroom
Well that sounds yummy. I fooled so many people that didn’t know it was meatless

if I was only to eat one meal for the rest of my life, I’d be having chicken (as I could have chicken nuggets one night, then chicken Kiev the next night and ect.. something like that 😛) and I’d also have potatoes (as I could make them into chips 🌚 or they could be mash) and definitely pumpkin, I loveee pumkin.

@fruityPond7887 sauté veggies on the side and prepare a classic roux with cheddar and parmesan pinch of ground black mustard seeds italian seasoning and salt and pepper and chilli flakes of course
then in a backing dish add the pasta veggies and sauce in layers mozzarella and cheddar on top with a drizzle of olive oil, put it in the over for 10-15 minutes till the cheezes brown a bit and voil

@fruityPond7887 i usually use onions, green capcicum/pepper, carrots, mushrooms, a touch of fenugreek leaves and bunch of spinach if its there
i also like to marinate and grill the mushrooms separately
it's all very over the top haha
