@quickwittedSea8378 that's like the question every student needs an answer for 😄
me thinks some subjects and topics are more likable than others so maybe choosing what you wanna study could be helpful in treating it as a fun thing rather than a have to unless theres no choice 😅
vv interested to see other tips also
@quickwittedSea8378 i try to see studies as something possible, not only for school or university, etc. i actually see it as an enlightment, in a way, i mean wow. knowledge is so beautiful. i mean, knowledge is always overflowing me and whenever i learn something new something within me literally clicks. something in my brain just makes so much sense at that exact moment. also, applying your knowledge on real life will really help you with memorising it!!
@quickwittedSea8378 Good question! So, like any other hobby... you know what we do? We start small. Let go of all prejudices and notions of looking childish, and start really basic. I have a master’s degree to my credentials, but when I had to cultivate my reading habit last year, I included many children's books! It was so fun and relaxing. That's what hobbies are right? After a while, my pace became good and I moved on to tougher literature. The kiddie books gave me a sense of accomplishment, and boosted my confidence, made me curious looking back. So, if you find this reasonable... how could you start small?
@grimsmark8 That is a great way to look at it. Start small. Baby steps, leading to a bigger goal. Great idea!
@purplelady568 yess, exactly! I have this quote put on my wall, "if we take care of the inches, we won't have to worry about the miles"
@quickwittedSea8378- Well, I don't really think of studying as a hobby, more like something i "have to" do. When I come across things that are "must do", I like to set a timer, and see how much I can accomplish in a shorter amount of time, say 10-15 minutes. If the task still isn't done, I'll do another 15 minutes, and another. Breaking it down into smaller chunks of time, helps me to concentrate, but also gives me the freedom to take breaks, stretch, grab a drink, and then come back to it.
I also like to "reward" myself with something when I finish a larger task - whether it is watching tv, calling a friend, playing a game for X minutes, eating a snack, walking outside, whatever. When I remind myself that I have that reward afterwards, it gives me something to look forward to, when I'm done.
Everyone is motivated by different things. Some people do really well with a study partner or study group. Some people say that music helps them concentrate. Others prefer silence. I know someone who makes notecards and flashcards for everything. I guess they learn best by reading and practicing repeatedly. One of my kids likes to "teach" someone else how to do the assignment, talk them through it, show them how. That helps them understand the concepts better, and helps them remember it later.
I hope you can find what works best for you!

Why do we like money? bcz it helps us buy things we like and lets us experience and travel the places we wish to go.
Similarly studying widens one's perspective and understanding of the world around us. It enables you to get a better grasp of things that helps u to grow professionally. It also helps you become a better person. In a way studies enable you to live a full life, a life of your dreams.
