What's a low barrier of entry hobby that won't cause me to break down crying because I can't do it right?

@Moonmi2000 Journaling is a great option! It can be relaxing and destressing to be able to put your thoughts onto a piece of paper. If you wish, you can also make it a creative endeavor. You could sketch and draw things around what you've written. Hope this helps!

@Moonmi2000

well, only you know your own interests 😃

however, i do have a suggestion, if you are also interested in interacting with people - try to find out if there is a makerspace/fablab near you, they are often free to use and offer a lot of machines/tools to try out - e.g. 3d printers, laser cutters, vinyl cutters, embroidery machines etc.

usually there will be someone giving introductions to using the various equipment or they may have intro nights or similar. if you are able to talk with people, it can be a great way to get inspired by their ideas/projects

Something simple but rewarding. Have you tried yoga or simply walking and appreciating the nature around you? You can't really do either of those "wrong" and it's a great opportunity to escape your mind for a while.

Hobbies doesn't necessarily need to have skills on them

Watching anime is an hobby

Reading light novels is a hobby and bunch of other stuff

Then you'll be able to interact people with similar interests

@Moonmi2000 I can understand you. I also didn't have any hobby then I tried to focus on myself for whole day. What makes me happy? What makes me sad? Then I found out that helping people makes me happy so. I use my listener account now more than my member account here. It gives me happiness whenever I help a member. Same like this..... You need to find what makes you happy. Make one day for that. Focus on everything you do. Then you will find out your hobbies! Good luck ❤

Video games are great for this, so like maybe Minecraft and play on easy if you have never played on it before— try to beat the ender dragon! They even added wolf armor recently and different wolves, they also added an armadillo and lots of cool combat things in the last few years — to keep things fun. Yea you might die but everyone does, don’t do hardcore or you will have a vry hard time / lose the world. Easy is great for newcomers, or even normal mode works! I love normal mode
