Simple small hobbies wanted
I’m looking for some ideas for simple hobbies one can do basically anywhere, but are small enough to fit in my pocket or small drawer. I want something small and simple so that when bored stiff from having nothing else I can pull it out and tinker then quickly stash it away again. Any ideas?

Okay this one is the real banger— kalimba!
Kalimba is a small musical instrument that can often fit into your pocket, in a small bag, or even on a necklace!
It makes soft and relaxing sounds, and is played with only two fingers.
It's easy, portable, and relaxing. The best hobby I've ever picked up!
So I went and bought a pack of cards and there’s always paper by my work station…. now if ever get motivation again to not just sit around watching the machine. I got something to start with. might get more things in future. Thanks for the suggestions, feel free to keep them coming. :)

hello strangewolf, I love to keep busy myself when I am out and about. If you have access to a computer, laptop and or phone where you can explore online hobbies. You can play games, or journal online or make origame animals and other things. I collect movies, music, documentaries, and anything that spikes my adrenaline online. I have them neatly tucked away in my utube channel account or in my amazon audiobook account. I love to listen to them while I take off on the road or alone at home or anywhere I find myself alone. Sight seeing while listening to my favorite creepy pasta stories is great.
